Anderson Camp | Eden, Idaho

Wednesday - April 21, 2004 - Near Twin Falls, Idaho:  Well, Dear Reader, today I only have one photo to post and it will basically show what type of day we had.  Again, we had a rainy night and were up early to hit the road. Since we had terrible weather all day, there was no reason to stop, so we just kept driving! All the way from Pendleton, Oregon to Twin Falls, Idaho - about 350 miles.

Snowy Road
My view today

The sun was never visible today. We found grey skies, black skies, fog, rain, hail, gusty winds and yes, even snow!  We didn't drive very fast, so didn't arrive in Twin Falls until 5 pm local time.  We stopped once for lunch and once for diesel (92 gallons, $180). The rest of the time was drive, drive, drive. This is a day when the satellite radio pays for itself!

So now we are at Anderson Camp just off I-84.  The lady in the campground office said we could take any site.  Not too difficult to find a place to camp - there are only 3 other campers here.
